Gooey, Oreo stuffed, Fudge Brownie on a Chocolate Cookie Crust

1 cup Butter, softened
1 cup Caster Sugar
3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
2 Extra-Large Eggs
1 TB Vanilla Essence
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Salt
2 cups Chocolate Chips
18 - 24 Oreo Cookies
1 box Brownie Mix {plus ingredients listed on the box}
1/4 cup Toffee Syrup
