Deliciously moist, fluffy and tender vanilla scones stuffed full of chocolate chips, and drizzled with a sweet glaze!

For the Scones
2 cups (250g) plain/all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (100g) caster/granulated sugar
2 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
1 large egg
1/2 cup (120g) Greek-style yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup (175g) chocolate chips

1 cup (125g) icing/powdered sugar
