Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins with Orange Glaze

Chocolate muffins stuffed with chocolate chips and topped with orange icing.

1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 T orange juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 T cocoa powder
1 T baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
