Chocolate Coconut Granola

This healthy granola is easy to make and is super delicious! One batch of this and you'll never buy it from the store again!

1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Pinch of fine sea salt
1/8 tsp pure coconut extract
1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup raw whole almonds, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup coconut flakes (I used Bob's Red Mill)
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
