There is always one cookie that stands out among the rest and that we make the most of! This year we chose chocolate covered oreos!
The sky is the limit as we choose from different flavored Oreos and chocolate candy melts! We are doing milk chocolate, candy cane chocolate, dark chocolate, and egg nog chocolate and pairing them with mint, peanut butter, winter and golden Oreos! We found a cookie candy mold and it is perfect for creating these chocolate covered cookies!

2 bags chocolate candy melts-I use Wilton brand-any type 24 oreos-any type 2 Tablespoons oil
Use a cookie candy mold, or cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
