Chocolate covered Strawberry Cake

A lightened fresh strawberry cake with a white chocolate strawberry filing and chocolate ganache

For the cake (Adapted from Paula Deen’s Fresh Strawberry Cake):
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup light butter at room temperature
1 1/3 cups sugar
5 egg whites, room temperature
2 tsp. strawberry extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups pureed fresh strawberries*
1/2 cup non-fat Greek Yogurt, room temperature (I used Fage)
1 1/2 cups cake flour (170-180 grams as cake flour differs)
1 1/2 cups (180 grams) whole wheat pastry flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Whipped Strawberry Filing (From Dream Whip Package):
3/4 cup non-fat milk
1/2 envelop Dream Whip whipped topping mix
1/2 package instant sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix (4 serving size)

Ganache(slightly adapted from cooking light chocolate ganache):

1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp. unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1/3 cup fat-free milk
1 (4 oz) bar semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
