1 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a cupcake tray or line with cupcake papers. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix well. After melting the butter, mix with dry ingredients. Combine milk and vanilla together, then add to dry ingredients. Spoon the mixture into the prepared cups, dividing evenly. Cook for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool on wire rack. Once the cupcakes have cooled top with your favourite icing and decorate.
