Homemade chocolate cupcakes with delicious marshmallow filling.

Cupcakes:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ cup cocoa
Dash of salt
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup boiling water

Marshmallow Filling:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk (or heavy cream)
1 cup marshmallow crème (Fluff, Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Crème)

Vanilla Buttercream:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
2 oz cream cheese
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 teaspoons water
