The best ever Chocolate Hazelnut Buns – soft and delicious chocolate rolls filled with creamy chocolate hazelnut spread and topped with cream cheese icing.

4 cups flour
2 1/4 tsp instant active yeast
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 eggs ( lightly beaten )
1 cup milk ( lukewarm )
10 tbsp room temperature butter ( cut into pieces )
1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
Cream Cheese Icing:
8 oz cream cheese ( room temperature )
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup milk
chopped hazelnuts ( for topping )
