CHOCOLATE LOVERS UNITE! This dessert will definitely fulfill that chocolate craving! You can actually make it "semi" low-fat and it will still be delicious!! Give it a try and I hope you ENJOY!

1 box Graham Crackers
2 small boxes (3.4 oz) Sugar Free, Fat Free Chocolate Pudding
3 Cups of 2% Milk
8 oz Neufchatel Cheese (1/3 less fat Cream Cheese) softened
1 8oz Cool Whip Lite (thawed)
1 box (16 0z) + 1 Cup of 10x Powdered Sugar
1 stick butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
8 Tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 small boxes (3.4 oz) Sugar Free, Fat Free Chocolate Pudding
3 Cups of 2% Milk
8 oz Neufchatel Cheese (1/3 less fat Cream Cheese) softened
1 8oz Cool Whip Lite (thawed)
1 box (16 0z) + 1 Cup of 10x Powdered Sugar
1 stick butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
8 Tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
Using a 13x9 pan, place a layer of graham crackers in the bottom. (i use whole sheets of graham crackers and just break pieces when I need to to fill in any gaps)
Mix Chocolate pudding and Milk together, let it set for about 5 minutes then pour over graham crackers.
Place another layer of graham crackers on top of chocolate pudding.
Next, beat cream cheese until smooth and gradually add in 1 Cup of powdered sugar and continue to mix until smooth. Now fold in Cool Whip. Pour this over the 2nd layer of Graham Crackers.
Now place your 3rd layer of Graham Crackers.
Make your icing by melting the Butter and Cocoa together, then add milk, box of Powdered Sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour over the graham crackers.
Put in refrigerator and let sit for at least 4 hours before serving. It's the best when made at least 8 hours ahead of time.
