Chocolate Marble Cheesecake

Cheesecake is my new favorite dessert to make When it's as amazing as this Chocolate Marble Cheesecake it's easy to understand why I made this for Thanksgiving and it was by far the most popular dessert

3 (8oz.) packages softened cream cheese
3/4 cup + 1/4 cup sugar (separated)
1/2 cup sour cream
2tsp + 1/2tsp vanilla (separated)
3 eggs
3 tsp flour
1/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
1 T vegetable oil

Crust
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Oreo Cookie Crumbs (about 23 Oreo cookies finely chopped-at least)
2 Tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Combine cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, sour cream and 2tsp vanilla in large mixing bowl; beat on medium speed until smooth Add flour, 1T at a time, blending well. Add eggs; beat well. In a small bowl, combine cocoa and 1/4 cup sugar. Add oil, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1-1/2 cups of the cream cheese mixture; mix until well blended. Alternately spoon plain and chocolate mixtures into prepared crust, ending with dollops of the chocolate on top; gently swirl with knife or spatula for a marbled effect. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; without opening oven door, lower temperature to 250 degrees and continue cooking for 30 minutes more. Without opening oven door, turn off heat and let cheesecake sit in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and loosen sides with knife. Let cook and chill. Mix melted butter and Oreo crumbs and press in spring pan; Cover the bottom and 1-1/2" up the sides with crumbs, set aside.
