Chocolate Orange Bundt Cake

Deliciously moist and fluffy chocolate bundt cake infused with orange, and topped with a rich and creamy dark chocolate orange ganache!

For the Cake
2 and 1/2 cups (250g) cake flour*
1/2 cup (60g) natural unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Zest of 2 large oranges
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 and 1/2 cups (300g) light brown sugar
1/3 cup (80ml) orange juice
3/4 cup (180ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (240ml) sour cream, room temperature
For the Ganache
1 cup (175g) chocolate chips
1/2 cup (115ml) heavy cream
2 teaspoons orange juice
