Chocolate and Orange Tart with Sweet Shortcrust Pastry

Pastry:

1 1/2 Cups plain flour
125 g (4.4 oz) chilled chopped butter
1/3 Cup caster (superfine) sugar
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp chilled water

(Store brought sweet shortcrust pastry is perfectly okay!)

Tart Filling:

1 1/4 Cup cream
1/2 Cup skim milk
200 g (7 oz) Terry's chocolate orange (or orange essence + milk chocolate), chopped
1/4 Cup brown sugar
3 eggs, lightly whisked
