Chocolate Peanut Butter Hearts

These adorable little peanut butter filled chocolate hearts are the perfect treat to give to your sweet on Valentine's Day!

(Recipe makes 36 chocolates)

1 Cup peanut butter

2 tsp butter, softened

3/4 Cup brown sugar

2/3 Cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2-2 Cups milk chocolate chips, divided

1-2 Tbsp shortening
