I love poke cakes because they are so moist! This cake is definitely moist and with the caramel and sweetened condensed milk seeping into the holes, it is absolutely heavenly!! This cake is one of our family favorites! -Robin

1 box (15.25oz.) German Chocolate Cake Mix

1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 small jar caramel topping
1 small (8 oz.) container of Cool Whip
2 Heath Bars crushed
