Chocolate Raspberry Scones

Simple drop biscuits highlighting two of the most beautiful ingredients around...dark chocolate and raspberries. My kind of breakfast!

2¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup quick cooking oats
2 tbsp sugar
2½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup cold butter, cubed
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (if frozen, do not thaw first) + 1 Tbsp flour
½ cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
OPTIONAL ICING:
½ cup icing sugar
1-2 tsp orange juice
