Chocolate Scones

A light, gluten free "scone"

1 3/4 cup ground oats (I used my blender)
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
handful of dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Mix all the dry ingredients (first 7 ingredients) Then mix in the remaining 2 wet ingredients (if the dough is too dry, add a teaspoon or 2 of coconut oil till dough sticks together) and then add the chocolate chips Roll into balls and flatten into circles and Bake for 12 minutes- let cool slightly before devouring :)
