500g/1.1lb Plain Flour
200g/7oz Icing Sugar
125g/4.4oz Unsalted Butter
125g/4.4oz Honey
10g/0.35oz Mix of Ground Spices ( cinnamon , anise & cloves )
2 Medium Eggs
1 Teaspoon Bicarbonate Soda

Sift the flour & icing sugar onto your worktop. Add bicarbonate soda & spices and mix well. Make a well in the middle and add the eggs, butter (soften) and honey. Using your hands mix all the ingredients...
