Chocolate cake with rum and almonds

- 1 cube of frozen puff pastry 500 gr
- 10 grams of almonds
- cooking chocolate 200 grams
- 50 grams of butter
- little bit of rum
1. Melt butter in a bowl and slowly add the cooking chocolate. Let it melt down. 2. Chop the almonds and add them into the melted chocolate. Add few drops of rum. 3. Divide the puff pastry in half and roll each piece into a square (baking pan size). 4. On one square coat the entire chocolate mixture, and then fold with the other square. 5. Slit on tapes but in a way that the center remains connected. 6. Roll each strip individually in the desired direction. 7. Bake for about half an hour at 180 degrees. Bon apetit!!
