Christmas Sugar Cookies

A Classic cookie, every body loves for the holidays. They are fun to make, decorate and share !!!

1 cup Butter or Margarine (softened)
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs, well beaten
2 Tsp Vanilla extract
3 1/2 Cups Sifted all purpose flour
A) Preheat oven to 375F B) Beat eggs well, in a large mixing bowl cream with butter, sugar, vanilla until fluffy c) Combine dry ingredients and gradually mix with creamed ingredients, mix well D) Chill the dough for 1 hour, then roll out on a piece of lightly floured waxed paper E) Cut out desired shapes, with floured cutters F) Place cut outs on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes
