Slow cooked chuck steak seasoned with peppers and olives. This is an easy family friendly dish for all, children and adults.

2 lb chuck roast, cut into chunks
2 cloves garlic
2 bell peppers, coarsely chopped (green or mixed)
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
5 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup beef bouillion
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup sliced green olives with pimentos
