I have the first two recipes shared by readers for this Church Cookbook series! The first one is Church Windows, a fun and festive sweet snack. The second recipe is Never Fail Muffins, submitted by Michelle M. Anything with “never fail” in the name sounds promising to me

Church Windows
1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pkg. (10 oz.) small pastel colored marshmallows
1 pkg. flaked coconut
Never Fail Muffins
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pkg. (10 oz.) small pastel colored marshmallows
1 pkg. flaked coconut

1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar

1 cup milk
2 cups flour
