Cilantro and Lime Chicken Salad

This salad is light and fresh and the honey lime dressing adds a lot of flavor without a lot of calories. You can quickly make this recipe to serve as a side dish or to enjoy for a lunch or light dinner.

Salad:
1/4 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed
1/4 cup canned corn, rinsed
1 (10 oz.) bag of lettuce mix
1/4 fresh cilantro, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
1/8 cup red onion, finely sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Dressing:
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
3 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon oregano
