Cilantro Lime Turkey Burgers

I make these burgers all the time for my roommates at college and it is their favorite burger recipe. These burgers are so full of flavor, yet extremely healthy and low calorie. This is a must try recipe for your next burger night!

1 lb 99% fat free ground turkey
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 lime, juiced
4 pieces pepper jack cheese (optional)
4 whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted
