Cinnamon and Sugar Baked Buttermilk Mini Donuts

These mini cinnamon donuts are baked, then dipped in melted butter and rolled in cinnamon and sugar. Hot out of the oven they will melt in your mouth.

1 cup flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1 large egg

3/4 cup buttermilk

1 Tbs melted butter

1 tsp pure bourbon vanilla extract
