Cinnamon Biscones

Is it a biscuit? Or is it a scone? It's a biscone! A moist yet flaky cross between a biscuit and a scone.

1 1/2 cups cake flour
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar + more for dusting biscones
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 cup (2 sticks) cold butter, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup cinnamon chips
1 1/2 cups milk
1 egg, beaten

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1-2 tablespoons milk or cream
