Cinnamon Chip Bread with little bursts of cinnamon flavor

3 tablespoons yeast
1/3 cup sugar
2 egg
4 cups warm water
4 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup oill
2 1/2 cups cinnamon bits, chips
11-12 cups flour
