The title says it all – half healthy/half indulgent (is that a thing?) whole wheat pancakes, made with oats, buttermilk, and Greek yogurt, with chocolate chips and a hint of cinnamon.

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups quick or rolled oats
2/3 cup whole cane sugar (I used Sucanat)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup almond (or regular skim) milk
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup olive oil (or coconut oil)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
