A delicious latte flavored with a brown sugar cinnamon syrup.

Syrup: (makes enough syrup for two)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 small cinnamon stick
Latte:
1/2 cup double strength coffee
1/2 cup hot, frothy milk
Optional:
Whipped cream
Ground cinnamon

Ground cinnamon
In a small saucepan, bring the water and cinnamon to a boil.
Add the brown sugar and stir until it dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool completely in the fridge.
To make the latte, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the syrup to a mug.
Add the coffee and milk and stir.
Top with whipped cream and ground cinnamon, if desired.
