Cinnamon Nectarine Ice Cream
132
I've found that ice cream acts as a good motivator, both for me to cook and the kids to eat, but we've got to eat fruit, you know...to make it healthy! So I've come up with this combination of nectarines (in season for the summer and oh, so sweet), along with cinnamon, and mixed them up in a no churn concoction!
10
1 container whipped topping
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 nectarines, diced into 1/4 inch pieces
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 nectarines, diced into 1/4 inch pieces
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Chop nectarines. Fold all the ingredients together in a freezer safe container. Freeze overnight. Enjoy!
