Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins

These moist and chewy muffins are a healthy breakfast that doesn't taste like one! Cinnamon and raisins make these a delicious treat that will start your day off the right way!

1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup skim milk
1 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins, optional (or substitute other dried fruit)
