Soft, fluffy rolls filled with lots of cinnamon goodness and topped with silky icing!

1 Pkg. (2 1/4 tsp.) Active dry yeast
1/2 tsp. Granulated sugar
1/4 C. Warm water (110 °F)
1/2 C. Milk, room temperature
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1/2 C. Granulated sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg yolk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Salt
3 C. A-P Flour
8 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4-1/2 C. A-P Flour, as needed
1 C. Brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Ground cinnamon
6-8 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, room temperature
2 1/2 oz. (1/4 C.) Cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar, sifted
3 Tbsp. Milk
