Cinnamon Rolls & Cream Cheese Frosting

These are ginormous cinnamon rolls packed with cinnamon chips and piled high with cream cheese frosting. What a perfect breakfast!

Dough
2 + 1/4 tsp (.25 oz packet) active dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees)
1/2 cup + 1 tsp. granulated sugar, divided
1 cup milk
2 eggs
4-5 cups bread flour
1 cup cinnamon chips
Filling
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
Cream Cheese Frosting
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, room temperature
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cup powdered sugar
1 T. cinnamon
