1/2 Cup Butter, softened

1 Egg

1 TBSP Milk

1 Cup Almond Meal

3/4 Cup Flour

3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (I used a local variety called “Hard Red Spring Wheat”)

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Cardamon

1/4 tsp Salt
