Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Donuts

These little pumpkin donuts are baked instead of fried and topped with butter and cinnamon sugar. I used a Sunbeam donut maker that is like the ones made for cake balls. It works just like a waffle maker.

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup canned pumpkin
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp kosher salt
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
3 Tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup canned pumpkin

Plug in your donut maker to preheat. Or preheat your oven as directed with non-stick donut pans.
