1 package of Egg Roll Wrappers
Organic Sweet Potato Filling
1 large sweet potato
1 16oz can of coconut milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Organic Coconut Cream Dip (prepare 8 hours before serving dessert)
Thick cream from 16 oz coconut milk (1 cup)
1 teaspoon of coconut liquid (see second paragraph, 2nd & 3rd sentence of recipe)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
