These Cinnamon Swirly Muffins are sweet and fluffy, with a ribbon of cinnamon filling swirled in the middle, topped with a buttery brown sugar crumble topping, and (if that wasn’t enough) some sugar glaze drizzled on top. SO good!

Topping:
1/3 C brown sugar, packed
1/3 C all-purpose flour
2 TBS butter (cold), chopped
1 tsp cinnamon

Filling:
3 TBS butter, very softened (you could put it in the microwave for 10 seconds or so)
1/2 C brown sugar, packed
1 TBS cinnamon
1 TBS water

Muffins:
1/3 C unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
1/2 C milk
1/2 C sour cream
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 C all purpose flour
1 C granulated (white) sugar
1 TBS baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Glaze:
1 C icing sugar (confectioner\'s sugar)
1 TBS butter, melted
2-3 TBS milk
