If you have children or just a sweet tooth yourself, you will fall in love with breakfast in the morning. Wit h the amount of time it takes to make regular pancakes, if you have a microwave you can make the ultimate breakfast in a quick amount of time. You won't have to call the children down from their rooms either when the smell of cinnamon wakes them up.

Batter for one batch of pancakes (from your favorite recipe or mix)
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon

2 cups powdered sugar
2 ounces cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
4 Tbsp milk
