Cinnamon Syrup

This delicious syrup is great for pancakes, waffles, french toast or even ice cream!

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
5 oz can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stir constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in evaporated milk and vanilla.
