I’m always looking for new ways to prepare chicken, and this citrus chicken is a new favorite! With an orange lime marinade, a bit of a kick from the chili powder, and topped with freshly chopped cilantro – it’s a perfect summer dish!

2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 onion ( finely diced )
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
salt and pepper ( to taste )
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Tablespoons orange juice
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/2 pounds boneless ( skinless chicken thighs )
chopped cilantro ( for garnish )

In a large ziploc bag, shake to combine garlic, onion, oregano, cumin, chili, salt, pepper, olive oil, orange juice, and lime juice.
