Pan Fried Plantains with Cilantro and Lime

FOR THE FRITTERS:
2 ripe plantains
½ cup cilantro, chopped
2 limes, juiced
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Paprika
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Salt
1 egg
¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
4 TBSP Olive Oil
FOR THE AIOLI:
¼ cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
2 TSP Paprika
1 TSP Garlic Powder
Juice of ½ a lime
