Classic Pecan Pie

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup Light Karo Syrup
1 1/2 stick butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups whole pecans (but we always add more!)
2 pie crusts
Melt butter. Add sugar, syrup and salt. Cool. Beat eggs and add to mixture Add Vanilla and whole pecans. Stir well. Pour into 2 pie crusts Bake at 300 for 1 hour Cool before cutting
