Cocoa madleines

A traditional fench madleines recipe with a hint of cocoa powder for a chocolaty taste!

-2 eggs.
-80g flour
-3 tsp baking powder.
-80g sugar.
-80g butter.
-15g cocoa powder.
-1tsp vanilla.
-Mix the eggs with sugar until fluffy then add the melted butter. -Whisk the dry ingredients together then add them slowly to the egg mixture,you can mix with spatula or stand mixeur. -Preheat your oven to 180°,then pour the batter in madleines pan. -Cook for 15 min or depending on your oven,you may insert a skewer or a knife to know when they are ready.
