Cocoa Pancakes

¾ cup of milk
2 eggs
¾ cup of flour
2 tbs of Cocoa
1 tsp of baking powder
¼ tsp of nutmeg
¼ tsp of salt
In a bowl beat the eggs and the milk, then stir the dry ingredients in, mix until all the ingredients are fully integrated. You must have a really smooth batter. Heat your skillet on medium heat, melt a bit of butter or margarine in your skillet, poor about ¼ cup of your batter in the skillet and let it cook until it makes some bubble in the middle and the edge are cook. Then flip it. Let it cook until it has a golden brown color. You should have around 8 pancakes when you are done. Serve it hot with your favorite topping.
