Cocoa with Whipped Cream Vodka is a warm and wonderful drink

2 1/2 c. whole milk
2 c. half and half
6 Tbs. cocoa powder
10 Tbs. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
dash salt
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 to 1 1/2 c. Whipped Cream Vodka (add more or less depending on taste)
Whipped cream (optional)
Mini marshmallows (optional)
1 Tbs. shaved chocolate (optional)
