Coconut Chocolate Brownie Bars by Sugar Salt Magic. A soft chocolate brownie, topped with sweet coconut and top it all off with a milk chocolate ganache.

For the Chocolate Brownie
100g Dark Chocolate, chopped
80g unsalted butter
2 eggs, room temp
1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or paste
1/4 cup (35g) plain flour
1/4 cup (30g) cocoa
For the Coconut Filling
1 can condensed milk
250g dessicated coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract or paste
For the ganache
150g milk chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup cream
handful of shredded coconut
