Creamy Coconut flavor from inside then out!

French Vanilla cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 package coconut creme pudding
2 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 cup White Baking Chips
1 can Vanilla Frosting
Mix together French Vanilla cake mix, eggs, water, oil. Mix well then add Coconut Creme pudding mix till well blended. Add 1cup coconut flakes in. Pour into cupcake pans then Bake for 24-28 minutes. After cupcake are out and cooling, then sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of coconut flakes evenly onto baking sheet. Bake for 5-8 minutes till toasted. For Frosting melt white baking chips in a microwave safe bowl 45 secs. total . Taking out every 15 seconds to stir. Then add 1 can of vanilla frosting and mix well with hand mixer. You may pipe on cupcakes or spread on top. Then let set for 1-2 minutes. Then take frosted cupcake and roll into toasted coconut flakes.
