Coconut-Lime Waffles

The most delicious waffle combination for any time of day! Breakfast, Dinner or Dessert worthy... These Coconut-Lime Waffles are sure to please everyone.

2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
sliced strawberries
whipped coconut-lime topping
toasted coconut

For the Whipped Coconut-Lime topping:
1-2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp coconut extract
1 tsp fresh lime juice
