This is a simple version of coffee cake with lots of raisins and a sugar glaze on top. Best coffee cake recipes I have tried and goes well during Teatime or Coffee time.

Ingredients for Cake:
1 1/2 Stick(170 Grams) Unsalted Butter(softened)
1 Cup (200 Grams)granulated white sugar
1 Cup All purpose flour
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1-1/4 Cup Whole Milk
3 Whole Egg Whites
2 Teaspoons Instant Coffee Powder mixed in a teaspoon of warm water
For Topping
1 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter(softened)
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
