Dress to impress your celebration table with these CONFETTI CUPCAKE TOWERS! Forget about the cake! Serve CONFETTI CUPCAKE TOWERS at your kid’s next birthday party. What am I saying I would love one too! So, serve them at ANY birthday party!

For the Cupcakes:
1 boxed white cake mix plus ingredients to make cupcakes
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
3 tablespoons sprinkles
For the Butter Frosting:
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 pounds confectioners' sugar
6 tablespoons water
gel food coloring
3 - disposal piping bags
3 - #3 piping tips
3 tablespoons sprinkles (optional)
cupcake sugar decorations (optional)
